Gardening Club: Why Gardening Matters!

Do you know about the Gardening Club in Arts01? This is your time to come and meet us! We reclaimed unused space around the building to grow flowers and herbs and host plant-related workshops.

For Climate Action Week 2026, we will give tours of our sowing seeds, introduce you to our plants on Mile End Road and reflect on the power of gardening to foster plant-human relationships. 

SDG 15 (Life of Land) asks how we can imagine more sustainable futures by growing relationships with plants that are shaped by the ethics of care. During the visit, you will have a chance to discuss with us how gardening can create people-plant collectives for flourishing futures.

Drop-ins are welcome, but booking is recommended.
