Profile
I am available for appointments with students throughout my working hours. I am available online throughout the week, and usually in the Professional Services Office in ArtsOne 1.40 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
I am part of the Student Experience Team, which comprises the Student Support Officer, Student Experience Officer, and Programme and Quality Officer. I cover student support, assessment, and student experience activity within the school, and am responsible for areas such as:
- Student Welfare
- Organising Welcome Week
- Organising information workshops
- Student Engagement Monitoring
- Assessment and Award Processes
- Module Experience Surveys
- Student Voice Committees
Students or colleagues can contact me if they wish to discuss any aspects of the above or would like advice on anything related to student support, student engagement, or assessment processes.
In the Professional Services Team, I work closely with the Student Engagement Manager (Jonathan Boffey) Student Support Officer (Afsana Nishat), and Programme and Quality Officer (Sherelle Kelleher). I also work closely with the Co-Directors of Student Support and Engagement, Directors of Education, Chairs of Exams, and Director of Student Experience.
