Research Process 3: COLLABORATION as COMBATIVE COEXISTENCE

Research Imperative: To reframe acts of reading and writing as collaboration in the form of combative coexistence.

The research process in this section considered and explored different modes of collaborative coexistence at work within and across the three Reading Room events. By focusing on collaboration as combative as opposed to cohesive, the process explored how each collaborative element could remain distinct, discrete and strong within the coexistent frame.

These experiments in Collaboration as Combative Coexistence are organized under the following headings:

  • Modes of Coexistence
  • Reader Visibilities: V1,V2, V3
  • RR_04: fff 2 tt+t – a Combative Coexistence Event

This is the fourth, unrealised Reading Room. This Reading Room works to fold in the research from the previous three Reading room events and to place collaboration as combative coexistence as the driving force of the event. Presentations were cancelled due to Covid-19.
