The Corporate Finance Law module welcomed a guest lecturer on three occasions throughout February and March 2015.
Hui Zheng (Allen & Overy) spoke on Business Acquisition Agreements (12 February), Shareholder Agreements (5 March) and Private M&As Differences in UK and US Practice (12 March).
