CCLS Announces Executive Education Courses for Early 2026
Queen Mary University of London’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) is pleased to announce two Executive Education programmes available in early 2026. Designed for legal, policy, and industry professionals, the courses address key challenges in global regulatory environments, combining academic expertise with practical insight.

Pillar Two: Fundamentals and Practice
12 February – 5 May 2026
Delivered online in collaboration with global tax advisory firm Taxand, this popular course returns for a second year in response to the OECD’s global tax reform agenda. The programme provides practical guidance on the 15% global minimum tax and its implications for multinational enterprises.
The course is suitable for tax practitioners, in-house tax and finance professionals, government officials, legal and accounting advisers, academics, and graduates specialising in international tax law. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the OECD Pillar Two rules and their practical application.
“Despite the complexity of the subject matter, the sessions were delivered with great clarity. By the end of the course, participants are well equipped to advise multinational clients on Pillar Two challenges worldwide.”
— Tuhin Chaturvedi, Tax Partner, RSM Kuwait (2025 participant)
Aviation Law, Policy and Regulation
15 – 24 April 2026
This five-day programme introduces participants to the key legal and policy issues shaping global air transport regulation. Topics include market access, competition law, state aid and subsidies, passenger rights, and post-pandemic aviation finance.
Delivered through interactive seminars led by leading practitioners, the course requires no prior expertise and is open to professionals from a range of backgrounds. Participants who complete the programme will receive a certificate of completion.
Participants may also explore EU external aviation relations through an article by course coordinator Dr Antigoni Lykotrafiti, published in the Journal of International Economic Law, titled “Hortatory Language in EU Comprehensive Air Transport Agreements – When Darwin Met Strategy.”
