Professor Goldby is part of the UNCITRAL Working Group VI

Professor Miriam Goldby is representing the Comite Maritime International in the deliberations of UNCITRAL Working Group VI on a draft instrument on Negotiable Cargo Documents. The Working Group completed a draft in its most recent session in New York, United States, in March 2025 which will now be presented to the Commission for its consideration.
