Dr Alexus Davis is a social scientist, poet, and full-spectrum birth doula. Alexus has interdisciplinary experience in global health, the sociologies of gender and (social) reproduction, obstetric violence, decolonial studies, and creative methodologies. Her current research considers decolonial reproductive studies, assisted reproductive technologies, kinship, health/care inequalities, and global maternal care systems.
