Profile
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz, Germany. I wrote my doctoral thesis on orders of the family in relation to primary school from a childhood theory perspective and showed for example how families are in- and excluded in the relation to primary schools. I am interested in how childhood and family are shaped by educational and social policy, as well as the everyday discursive structures of family and childhood.
