Conversations about Research, Arts, Innovation, and Creativity (CRAIC)

When: Thursday, September 15, 2022, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Where: Peston Lecture Theatre, Graduate Centre, Queen Mary University of London, Mile End Road, London E1 4NS (and online)

A hybrid networking event for the arts... with a difference! We would be delighted if you could join us for the whole day, morning or just the afternoon,

With morning presentations and workshops focussing on the intersection of arts, culture and research and the afternoon on the intersection of arts, culture and commerce, the event will be of particular interest to researchers interested in developing potential knowledge exchange, co-production as well as commercial opportunities with the Creative Industries and vice versa.

Expect to meet a cross-section of arts and culture freelancers, small, medium and large arts organisations, commercial organisations interested in creative ideas and QMUL faculty and students interested in research and collaboration. This is also an opportunity to learn about and take part in Agile Scrum methodologies as used in dance practice to workshop ideas.

Please do register your interest on the the Eventbrite page so that the organisers can keep you up to date about the event as plans settle.

This event is sponsored by QMUL Network Centre for the Creative and Cultural Economy in collaboration with What Next? East London and DanceGRiST and supported by the Queen Mary Arts and Culture team.
