Taster talk overview
Around the world, human and ecological systems are in crisis.
What is going on, and what can we do about it?
This taster talk will introduce a brand new course that will be taken by first year undergraduates at QMUL in 2024.
Exploring contemporary threats to land, food, water and biodiversity, the course will analyse the intersections between systems of power and environmental processes.
It will explore how social and ecological systems are interconnected and interdependent, and how people are coming together to respond to social and environmental crises.
