Dr Gur delivered the seminar as part of a workshop series of the Lisbon Legal Theory forum at the University of Lisbon.

The seminar was attended by legal theorists, public law academics, and scholars from other fields. It included a presentation by Gur of his working paper ‘Obedience to Law vs Obedience to State Officials’, which deals with the ethics of obedience at the interface between law and state power.
