qLegal appoints new Advisory Board members
New members join from the worlds of law, tech, enterprise and education to help qLegal achieve its mission of helping the next generation of lawyers.

qLegal is delighted to announce the newest members to join its Advisory Board, which now comprises:
- Harry Borovick: General Counsel & AI Goverance Officer at Luminance, Author of “AI and the Law”, Lecturer.
- Simon Collin: Founder, CEO and CPO of SightMill.
- Jimmy Desai: Consultant Solicitor at Keystone Law, Author, Entrepreneurship Coach and Speaker.
- Kate Gaskell: Chief Executive Officer at Flex Legal, Mentor.
- Melina Gisler: Product Leader & Co-Founder at Edenreach, Lawtech Mentor.
- Arti Kumar MBE: Education & Employability Consultant, Author of “SOARing to Success / SOAR for Employability”, Trainer, Mentor.
- Nick Lansman: President, Policy Communications at Clarity Global, Founder and CEO of Health Tech Alliance, founder of the Cybersecurity Business Network, Lecturer.
- Dr Milla Marinova: CEO & Founder of R8ER, European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency Board Member, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur.
- David Shanks: Head of Product and Commercial Legal at Airwallex.
- Laura Stebbing: VP Content at Black Hat, previous CEO of EQL:HER and Senior Leader within London Tech Week.
The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance to ensure qLegal continues to deliver relevant experiences to postgraduate law students.
Karen Watton, qLegal Director and Senior Lecturer - Clinical Legal Education commented on the appointments:

The Advisory Board members were handpicked for the unique insights they can bring to the role, which will help us navigate the changes taking place across the legal and educational landscapes, and ensure we continue to deliver meaningful clinical legal education to CCLS students.”
The inaugural meeting of the newly constituted Board took place in May and members (who are acting in their personal capacity) have been appointed for a three-year term.
