Applications are now open for Summer School Courses 2026, offering students the opportunity to explore contemporary business, marketing and societal challenges in an inclusive, internationally focused academic environment.

Courses include:

Session 1: 29 June – 17 July 2026

  • Foundations of Marketing and AI Applications
    Academic Leads: Dr Mina Tajvidi and Dr Arash Valipour
    This module introduces students to the core principles of marketing and explores how artificial intelligence is transforming modern marketing practices. Topics include consumer behaviour, segmentation, branding, and marketing strategy, alongside AI applications such as predictive analytics, personalisation, and digital advertising.
  • Business and Society: The Changing World of Work
    Academic Lead: Dr Chris McLachlan
    What does the future world of work look like? This module critically evaluates contemporary trends in the changing world of work. We focus on these trends with a view to understanding their implications for work, employment and society.

Session 2: 20 July – 7 August 2026

  • Influencer Marketing and AI Trends
    Academic Lead: Dr Farah Arif
    This module explores the dynamic intersections of influencer marketing and artificial intelligence (AI), equipping students with the insights and skills to navigate these critical aspects of modern marketing.
  • Sustainable and Social Marketing
    Academic Leads: Dr Sayed Elhoushy and Dr Tana Licsandru
    This module examines how marketing can drive social change and sustainability, extending beyond commercial objectives to tackle societal, ethical, and environmental challenges. Topics explored include sustainable marketing and consumer behaviour, corporate social responsibility and ethics, and social marketing and behaviour change strategies, with the aim of developing sustainability and social impact competencies, addressing the green skills gap, and evaluating the impact of social marketing interventions.

  • Tuition fee discount: Students from partner institutions are eligible for a 10% discount
