My current research focuses on examining whether and how financial analysts influence firms' workforce diversity practices and performance.

Biography

Zixuan Zhu holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sheffield, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with specialization in Professional Accountancy from the University of Macau.

My research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate finance, and corporate governance.
