Everyone - staff, students and visitors - is expected to uphold the following:

Behave Professionally

• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour.
• No sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or other offensive comments or jokes.
• No unwanted physical contact, unwanted photography/recording, or disruptive behaviour.

Communicate Respectfully

• Use professional, inclusive language.
• Critique ideas, not people.
• Be considerate of different cultural and personal backgrounds.

Support Each Other

• If you witness bullying or harassment, offer support where safe.
• Encourage or help the individual to report concerns.

Respect Privacy

• Always ask permission before sharing photos, videos, or presentation materials of others.
