Committee Members

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee brings together staff and students from across the School to help create a fair, supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. The committee meets termly and includes representatives from all career stages and departments, ensuring that a wide range of voices and experiences inform our work.

The committee is co-led by our Academic EDI Lead, Dr Alston J. Misquitta, and our Professional Services EDI Lead, Heather Williams, School Strategic Manager. Members include academic staff, researchers, professional services colleagues and student representatives, each contributing their perspectives on School culture, teaching, research and wellbeing.

Together, the committee helps drive positive change across the School by reviewing evidence, listening to the community, and championing actions that support equality, diversity and inclusion.
