Workforce Data Requests

The Workforce Data & Analytics team is responsible for analysing staff data from a range of systems, including HCM Cloud (formerly ResourceLink), Oleeo (e-recruitment), and Totara (training). The team also leads on the annual statutory HESA Staff Return.

Please note: 
The team does not manage general HR recruitment or operational queries. 
These should be directed to the relevant HR inboxes listed on the HR website. 

By emailing the team with your data request, you agree to our Data Request Agreement below. This is to ensure we follow data protection and GDPR best practice. 

Data Sharing Agreement 

By accepting the data as set out in your data request, you agree to:   

1. Use the shared data solely for the purpose set out in your request.  
2. Treat the shared data as confidential and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access, use, or disclosure of the data.  
3. Implement appropriate security measures to protect the shared data from loss, theft, or unauthorised access.  
4. Only use the minimum amount of data necessary to achieve the intended purpose and refrain from using the data for any other purpose without prior consent from the Workforce Data & Analytics team.  
5. Comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and any other relevant legislation or regulatory requirements.
