A library-staffed enquiry service is available at the Welcome Desk during the following times: 

• Monday – Friday: 8am to 8pm 
• Saturday – Sunday: 11am to 6pm

Queen Mary staff or student ID card is required for access to the basement. Please note, due to the refurbishment of the lift, there is currently no step-free access to the Basement Reading Room.
