Guy Nelinger

I am postdoctoral researcher in Elisabetta Versace’s lab. Building on work showing that newly hatched chicks possess subtle, early biases, my work asks whether combinations of weak predispositions can together support generalisation from very limited experience in artificial systems. The broader aim is to understand how structured priors might produce data-efficient learning in a way more similar to biological agents.

Before QMUL, I did both my MSc and PhD in neuroscience at the Weizmann Institute. Prior to that I did a BA in psychology and cognitive science in the Hebrew University.
