Curriculum Manager
Queen Mary has introduced a new curriculum manager system, which will serve as the central repository for all programme and module information and specifications, and manage the governance and processes for new programme proposals and programme amendments (including programme suspension and withdrawal).
From October 2025, all new academic developments should be completed in curriculum manager.
Access the system here: www.curriculum-manager.qmul.ac.uk
Log in using your QMUL staff credentials via single sign-on. Please note this is a vanity link – once you're on the dashboard, we recommend bookmarking the actual page for future use.
What’s changing?
Curriculum Manager replaces the current Word/PDF forms for new programme and module proposals, amendments, suspensions, and withdrawals. The system includes built-in governance workflows, allowing you to track the progress of proposals in real time.
It also introduces a new Programme and Module Directory (coming in Spring 2026), which will serve as the single source of truth for programme and module information.
Training and support
There have been train-the-trainer sessions, and training for Curriculum Manager champions, who will now facilitate training within their respective Schools, Institutes, and Faculties. Curriculum Manager champions are to be your first local contact for support using the new system and to promote the use of Curriculum Manager. If you are unsure who champions may be, please contact the Head of Faculty Education and Student Experience, or the Academic Quality and Standards team.
