Our AskQM Hubs - ID Card Collection Points
If you are studying on campus then you can collect your ID card from an AskQM Hub. How you collect your card is dependent upon your enrolment status and when you are joining us - you can find guidance of when and where to collect your card further down this page.

- Charterhouse Square Campus: Barts Cancer Institute, the William Harvey Research Institute and the Wolfson Institute of Population Health
- Lincoln's Inn Fields Campus: Centre for Commercial Law Studies
- Mile End Campus:
- Humanities and Social Sciences: School of Business and Management, School of Economics and Finance, School of Law, School of Society and Environment and School of the Arts
- Science and Engineering: School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences, School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, School of Engineering and Materials Science, School of Mathematical Sciences and School of Physical and Chemical Sciences
- Whitechapel Campus: Institute of Dentistry, Institute of Health Sciences Education and The Blizard Institute
This information is only applicable to students with a start date in June, July or August 2026. If your start date is in September, please see the section in the next drop-down below.
Once you have received confirmation of your full or temporary enrolment via email, you can drop-in to an AskQM Hub to collect your student ID card. Or, if your programme organisers have arranged for you to visit an AskQM Hub as part of your induction schedule, please follow their instructions.
Please be ready to show the email confirming your full or temporary enrolment and check opening hours before visiting.
Please note that you will not be able to collect your ID card from an AskQM Hub or your program organisers ahead of your programme start date or before you have full or temporary enrolment. Please do not attempt to collect your card early as it will not be available.
For students with a programme start date in September, you can only collect your ID card via appointment. You can check your programme start date in MySIS under 'My Details'.
Once you have been granted full or temporary enrolment you will be able to book an appointment via MySIS to collect your student ID card from an AskQM Hub.
You will find the booking task under the 'My Enrolment' tab in MySIS. Please note the task will only appear if:
- Your programme start date is in September 2026
- You are fully or temporarily enrolled
- Your programme is based London
Once you have entered the task, please select your chosen AskQM Hub from the drop-down list and book a date/time convenient for you. Bookings will open on Tuesday 1st September for the following locations:
- Ground floor, Mile End Library, Mile End Campus
- Room 1.23, Garrod Building, Whitechapel Campus
- Room 3.5, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Lincoln's Inn Fields Campus
Appointments are available every weekday until Friday 2nd October, so don't worry if there are no opportunities on your first few days on campus! You do not need an ID card as soon as you arrive on campus.
Please note:
- Take a screenshot of your booking details and QR code or have your confirmation email ready as you will need to show this to a member of staff before they can produce your card
- You cannot collect your ID card without an appointment so please do not just turn up as you will be directed to book an appointment. Don't be concerned if you cannot book an appointment for your first few days on campus!
- Your booking is only valid for the Hub you have booked at. If you want to collect your card from a different Hub, please return to the task, cancel your booking and book a new appointment for the preferred location
- If you have missed your appointment, you can cancel you booking and book another appointment within the task
