School of Economics and Finance Celebrates Success at Education Excellence Awards
Queen Mary University of London has recognised outstanding contributions to teaching and learning at this year’s Education Excellence Awards and President and Principal’s Prizes, celebrating staff whose innovative and collaborative work continues to enhance the student experience across the institution.
The University extended its congratulations to the teams delivering Queen Mary Apprenticeships, including Marissa Bidwell, Rachel Henry, Nathalie Grey, Richa Dave, Joseph Okitikpi, Professor Roberto Veneziani, Professor Francis Breedon, Professor Rachel Male and Dr Radoslawa Nikolowa from the School of Economics and Finance.
The team was commended for its significant contribution to Queen Mary’s recent Ofsted success. This result reflects exceptional teamwork, agility, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeships.
Congratulations are also extended to Dr Veronica Veleanu, who received an award for her exceptional contribution to postgraduate education within the School of Economics and Finance. Through her leadership of employability-focused initiatives, Dr Veleanu has reshaped the School’s approach to careers support, embedding new opportunities into the curriculum and ensuring postgraduate students are effectively prepared for their future careers.
Queen Mary congratulates all winners and nominees, whose dedication and leadership continue to drive excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the University.
