Dr Scott Melville

Dr Scott Melville is the Director of Outreach and Engagement for the Department of Physics and Astronomy, and is a Senior Lecturer of Cosmology at QMUL.
Scott has over 10 years of experience in delivering outreach and public engagement, and is passionate about communicating science to a broad range of audiences (the general public, schools, universities, professionals and policymakers). He was a UKRI Stephen Hawking Fellow (2021-2024) and has written and performed talks about his research on gravitational waves, the Big Bang and dark energy.
