Accessibility tool added to Q-Review

Q-Review now has a built-in accessibility tool called UserWay in the user interface. 

The UserWay icon is located on the right side of the screen, and you can access all of the options by clicking on it to reveal the menu. UserWay has a range of features like larger text, high-contrast mode, cursor modifications, dyslexia friendly options, and more. This integration allows users to customize their viewing experience, ensuring that Q-Review is inclusive and user-friendly for individuals with diverse needs.
