We’re excited to introduce a new feature to our popular ‘AskTELT’ drop-in sessions - AskTELT Spotlight!
For those who may not be familiar with AskTELT, it is our daily drop-in service for all QM staff, running every weekday from 1pm to 2pm. Many of you have found this a useful forum to talk through or demonstrate your TELT-related query, rather than submitting a support ticket. You can either book a 20-minute slot in advance or simply drop into our online office.
What’s new?
Based on demand, we will be offering a ‘TELT Spotlight’ every Monday in August focusing on a TELT feature to help build your confidence and skills. This will be a short 30-minute session where we will do a demo and you can ask us questions.
Topics will include:
- QMplus tips and tricks
- Using Advanced Search effectively
- Understanding blocks: what they do and when to use them
- Making the most of forums
After the training, you’re welcome to stay to ask questions, explore the tools further, and practise what you’ve learned with support from a member of the team.
