Do you have a question about using QMplus, Q-Review, Turnitin, Mentimeter or any other Teaching and Learning system?
Are you unsure how to set something up or how to do something in one of our systems? Do you want to check something quickly? Would you rather talk it through or demo your issue to a live person instead of going back and forth via the ticketing system?
Well, now you can AskTELT in 20 - meet with a member of the ITS Technology Enhanced Learning Team (TELT) for 15-20 minutes and talk us through your query. If we can't resolve it in 20 minutes we will capture your needs and update you within 1 business day or we will refer your query to a TELT Specialist who will investigate and be in touch.
Option 1: Drop in - no appointment needed
Starting in February, drop into our online Teams office on a Tuesday or Thursday from 1.00pm - 2.00pm, no appointment needed, we will be delighted to see you.
Option 2: Choose your preferred slot
Book a 20‑minute appointment (up to 5 minutes before) by visiting our AskTELT booking page and choose a time that fits your schedule.
