QMplus Media (Kaltura) End of Service
QMplus Media (Kaltura) will be retired in June 2027, and all media will be hosted on EchoVideo (Q-Review). In order to maintain access to content and migrate the media, we will be implementing some changes in the next few weeks.

On the 8th June, students will be able to upload, store and manage video content on EchoVideo (Q-Review). This is to enable the switch to EchoVideo for all student media-based assignments. If there is an assignment currently open using QMplus Media, then this can continue, provided the final date for submission, including late submissions, is before the 30th of June.
On the 30th of June, QMplus Media (Katura) will be set to Read-Only Mode. This means that you will no longer be able to upload, edit, or replace media. You will still be able to view, embed and download your media as before. All media linked in QMplus will still be available. All new media will need to be uploaded to EchoVideo (Q-Review).
Starting in July, a migration project will be underway to transfer all the media that is embedded in QMplus and all student assignment files. This is a major task, and during this time, we will be taking measures to ensure minimal disruption to QMplus and access to teaching materials.
