Teaching Space Awareness Sessions 2026
Do you teach or present in the lecture spaces at the University?
If you do and want to learn more about the AV systems and how to use them, then please sign up for one of these informative sessions led by our learning Technologists.

Garrod 2.34 Group work room
Our Learning Technologist will introduce all the types of technology used across the campuses, show how to get the best from the technology, and answer any questions you may have. We will also cover aspects of the Q-Review lecture capture system, why using microphones is so important, and the benefits of using lecture capture in teaching. If time allows, there will be an opportunity to get hands-on with the facilities in the lecture theatre, followed by a Q&A session.
New session for the Garrod 2.34 group work room. This session will demonstrate how to utilise the AV in this dedicated group workspace and explain how to use the presentation and collaboration aspects of the AV equipment. (This session will also be useful for anyone teaching in Queens’ Building 2.03).
