Looking Back, Moving Forward: Celebrating a fantastic year of learning

At the end of a busy year, we would just like to take a moment to celebrate the engagement and enthusiasm shown across our training programme. Throughout the year, colleagues from across the organisation joined us for a wide range of learning sessions, developing new skills, sharing ideas, and building confidence in the tools and technologies that support our work every day. 

From introductory workshops to more advanced sessions, it was inspiring to see so many people invest time in their own professional development. Whether participants joined to learn about TELT supported technologies, discover more efficient ways of working, or simply explore what's possible, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. 

What we achieved together 

Last year thirty-nine sessions were held, from TELT inductions right through to advanced sessions. These were offered for a wide variety of our topics including, but not limited to:

• Collaborative learning 

One of the highlights was the level of engagement during sessions. The questions, discussions, and willingness to share experiences created a fantastic collaborative learning environment that benefited everyone involved.
