Profile
I am a PhD student within the Clinical Effectiveness Group (CEG) at the Centre for Primary Care, Wolfson Institute of Population Health, Queen Mary University of London. My research broadly focuses on improving diabetes risk prediction models using genetic and clinical data, with an emphasis on transparency, real-world applicability, and performance across diverse populations.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, where I built a strong foundation in analytical thinking and quantitative methods. I later earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Biostatistics from New York University, which deepened my expertise in statistical modeling, epidemiological research, and data-driven decision-making in healthcare.
