As a Research Programme Manager, I manage the strategic planning and development of research programmes in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (FMD) and the Wolfson Institute of Population Health (WIPH). My responsibilities include defining programme objectives and scope, ensuring grant compliance, managing communications, reporting processes and workflows and monitoring deliverables to meet timelines and budget constraints.
I manage programme logistics, focusing on strategic planning, objective setting, timeline and risk management, and grant compliance. I prepare documentation, organise research programme events, and maintain web platforms and SharePoint. I also monitor risks to ensure projects stay on track and operations run efficiently.
