Profile

I completed my BSc (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Bath in 2016. Following this I worked in research roles at the University of Manchester, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and from 2020 at Queen Mary in the Centre for Psychiatry and Mental Health. I completed my PhD in May 2026 in the Youth Resilience Unit exploring the development of a digital version of solution-focused therapy for young people who self-harm.

Projects I have worked on include looking at resilience to depression, exercise as an early intervention in first episode psychosis, text messages to promote safer sexual health in young adults, using DIALOG+ for individuals with chronic depression and low mood, and using solution-focused therapy and digital mental health interventions with young people with lived experience of self-harm.
