Profile
Jizhao is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Wolfson Institute of Population Health, Queen Mary University of London. Her research focuses on public health nutrition, food reformulation, non-communicable, diseases, dietary patterns, and the links between diet, health outcomes, and environmental sustainability. She completed her PhD at the University of Bristol, where her research explored the traditional diet and its associations with health outcomes and environmental impacts. She also holds an MPH with a specialism in Epidemiology and an MSc in Health Sciences from the University of Glasgow.
