Profile
In 2025, I completed my PhD in Genetic Epidemiology at the Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry Centre, King’s College London. The work of my PhD focused on examining biological links between psychiatric disorders and neurodegenerative diseases using statistical genetics. I joined the Centre for Preventive Neurology in April 2025 as a Postdoctoral Research Associate on a project funded by Parkinson’s UK. This project aims to improve the prediction of Parkinson’s disease and investigate novel risk factors using genetics and other omics data.
Research
Research Interests:
I am particularly interested in how we can utilise post-GWAS methods in combination with other biological data to improve the prediction of neurodegenerative diseases and identify novel risk factors for early intervention and molecules for drug target discovery.
