Professor Louise Younie

GP and Professor of Medical Education at Queen Mary University of London and Chair of the Royal College of GPs Creative Health Special Interest Group (SIG). 

Louise Younie is a General Practitioner and Professor of Medical Education at Queen Mary University of London where she leads on faculty development and innovation. She draws on co-creative and creative enquiry methodologies for humanising medicine. She chairs the Royal College of GPs Creative Health Special Interest Group (SIG), is a National Teaching Fellow (2022) and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her ‘Flourishing Spaces’ programme received the silver QS Global Education Award in the ‘nurturing wellbeing and purpose’ category, 2024.

Dr Rasha Mezher

Clinical Academic at Imperial College School of Medicine. 

Dr Rasha Mezher Sikafi is a Clinical Academic at Imperial College School of Medicine, where she leads the Professional Identity and Behaviours curriculum and is Deputy Head of Academic Tutoring for Years 1–3. 

Her work focuses on professionalism assessment, supporting students as they develop their professional identity, fostering effective learning in clinical settings, and helping teachers build confidence in delivering challenging content. She recently completed her MEd ULT at Imperial and also works clinically as a GP in North West London.
