Greg is Director of QMUL Digital Environment Research Institute (DERI) and Academic Liaison to The Alan Turing Institute. He is a computer scientist, with extensive industrial experience (Huawei, Siemens, Medicsight) and academic expertise in ML and deep learning for biomedical image analysis.

Jamie is an expert in transcriptomics, spatial omics, and translational medicine. He leads QMUL’s Merscope Ultra spatial omics platform and has over 15 years’ experience in data-rich bioinformatics approaches. He has served in leading roles in pharmaceutical R&D, is a former Professor in Human Physiology (10yr), and is affiliated with both DERI and The Alan Turing Institute.
