EDI Training: Enhancing Inclusion
Our CPD training platform enables Queen Mary to promote EDI focused courses and has the ability to assign them automatically, track progress, send reminders and generate reports at both local and organisational levels.
As a line manager you can view your local completion data and create tailored learning pathways. Integration with the HR system also allows anonymised reporting by protected characteristics, supporting the identification of participation trends.
Queen Mary is continuing to develop a modular, modern skills and evidence-based EDI development training programme for our staff. As part of this ongoing work, new ‘modules’ will be developed in a phased manner.
